  • In-stock items: typically ship within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Made-to-order/custom items: production and lead times vary; estimated ship date is provided on the product page and order confirmation. Typical lead time is 2–8 weeks depending on customization and order volume.
  • Clearance or special-order items: lead time shown at checkout.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  1. Delivery Time Estimates
  • Parcel shipments (small items): 2–10 business days within domestic regions depending on service level selected.
  • Freight shipments (large furniture): regional transit times typically 3–14 business days after pickup from our warehouse, subject to carrier schedules and distance.
  • Express or expedited options may be available for an additional fee where offered. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item dimensions/weight, shipping method, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply only to eligible items and destinations as specified in the promotion terms.
  • For freight deliveries, additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery, or services beyond curbside drop-off. These fees will be shown before purchase or communicated by our sales team.
  1. White‑Glove & Inside Delivery
  • White‑glove delivery (room-of-choice placement, unpacking, debris removal, and basic assembly) is available for many furniture items for an additional fee where offered. Select this service at checkout or request it when ordering.
  • Inside delivery (placement in building entry or on the first floor) and other specialized delivery options are available for an extra charge; please request when ordering.
  1. Scheduling Deliveries
  • For freight and white‑glove deliveries, carriers typically contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please provide a telephone number and instructions for contact.
  • Be available to receive the delivery during the scheduled window. If you cannot be present, authorize a substitute receiver in writing or call us to reschedule. Missed delivery attempts may incur re-delivery fees.
  1. Title, Risk of Loss & Inspection
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain sales, title may pass on final delivery; such terms will be specified in the order or contract.
  • Inspect all items upon delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and retain packaging. Report visible damage to the carrier and to Alpha Pro Trading within 48 hours; concealed damage must be reported within 7 days.
  1. Damaged, Lost, or Short Shipments
  • If your order arrives damaged, do not accept the shipment if severe, and contact us immediately at sales@alphaprotrading.com with photos and delivery documentation.
  • For concealed damage discovered after delivery, email photos and details within 7 days.
  • For lost shipments or missing items, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier. We will work to repair, replace, or refund items as appropriate per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
  1. Changes to Shipping Address or Order
  • Contact us immediately if you need to change the shipping address. Changes may not be possible once an order has been shipped and may incur additional fees.
  • Order modifications (address, items, delivery options) are generally possible only before the order enters fulfillment.
  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery timelines for international orders may be affected by customs processing.
  1. Curbside Delivery vs. Inside Delivery
  • Standard freight deliveries are often curbside or to the first dry, accessible area at the delivery address. Drivers are not required to carry items up stairs or through narrow doorways unless white‑glove service is purchased.
  • Verify accessibility restrictions (staircases, elevators, narrow hallways) before purchase and select appropriate delivery services.
  1. Returns & Pickup for Large Items
  • Returns of large furniture items often require scheduled pickup via our freight carrier and may incur return shipping and restocking fees as outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy.
  • If a pickup is required due to damage or our error, we will coordinate and cover return shipping in accordance with our returns procedures.
  1. Contact & Tracking
  • After your order ships, we will send tracking details to the email address on file. Use the provided tracking number to monitor progress.
